Abstract Submission

Abstract submission is now possible for the Botanik-Tagung 2026 through a conference management software called Conftool. Note that it is only possible to submit an abstract after you have registered for the conference. (Please go to “registration” to do so.)

To access submission please log in to your Conftool account you set up during registration. Please double check all relevant personal data (esp. e-mail addresses to avoid bounces) before saving and submitting.

Conditions for abstract submission

You (i. e. the presenting author) have to be registered for the conference before you can submit an abstract.

Abstracts can be submitted for the following topics:

  • Biotic interactions
  • Gene regulation
  • Signalling
  • Plant Nutrition
  • Cell Wall
  • Endosymbiontic Organelles
  • Protein Homeostasis
  • Lipid Biology
  • Evolutionary Biology

 

Only one topic can be chosen. If you think your abstract also fits into another topic, please note the alternative topic(s) in the comment field below the topics.

Also, all abstracts will be automatically accepted for poster presentation. Should you wish to be considered for a talk, tick the respective box below the topics.

Abstract details

Format: plain text, submitted in a text field

Maximum length: 300 words

Presenting author: should be picked during submission, can be changed later on if necessary

Co-author(s): First & last name(s), e-mail address, organisation

 

Make sure that also the e-mail adresses of your co-authors are correct to prevent bounces and enable the organisers to contact them if necessary (e. g. notifications about acceptance etc.)
