PDF and PowerPoint presentations (Office 2016) in 16:9 format are permitted for your presentation. Please use standard formats (avi, wmv, mpg) for video or audio files and bring these as separate files to the presentation acceptance.
Please prepare your poster in portrait format and size A0 (841 x 1189 mm / 33.1 × 46.8 inches) and underline the presenting author at your poster. You will find thumb tacks on the poster walls, which will be marked with your poster number.
Please prepare your contribution in such a way that the time allotted for it is adhered to. The chairpersons are requested to avoid overruns.
There will be no central media upload. You will have a media desk in you lecture hall. Please hand in your presentation at the media desk at least 2 hours before your presentation time. Appropriate technology will be provided on site. When using video sequences, please note that the CODEC required for playback will be supplied. You can let us know your requirements.
The conference language in English. Please prepare your presentations (slides and lecture) is English.
